National pet retailer extends commitment at Route 130 shopping center, reinforcing long-term tenant stability at the Burlington County property

DELRAN, NJ, UNITED STATES, August 20, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- PetSmart has renewed its lease for an additional five years at Millside Plaza, extending the national retailer’s commitment to the shopping center at 4004 Route 130 North in Delran, New Jersey.

The renewal was overseen by Yechiel Rivlin, President of ABS Management & Development Corp., which is responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of Millside Plaza.

PetSmart has served customers from the Delran location for years and remains an important component of the center’s retail mix. The five-year extension provides continuity for the property while reinforcing the role established national tenants can play in the long-term stability of neighborhood shopping centers.

“Long-term tenant relationships are one of the strongest indicators of a healthy commercial property,” said Yechiel Rivlin. “When an established national retailer chooses to extend its commitment for another five years, it reflects confidence in the location, the property and the relationship that has developed with ownership and management.”

Millside Plaza is located along the Route 130 commercial corridor in Burlington County, providing visibility and convenient access for customers throughout Delran and surrounding communities.

PetSmart’s continued presence also contributes to consistency within the center’s tenant mix. As an established destination-oriented retailer, the store generates customer visits that can complement neighboring businesses and help maintain activity at the property.

For ABS Management, retaining successful tenants remains an important part of its broader approach to commercial property ownership and management.

While new leasing often receives the most attention in commercial real estate, Rivlin said long-term renewals can be equally significant because existing tenants make renewal decisions after years of direct experience with a property.

“A new tenant is making a decision based largely on what they expect from a location,” Rivlin said. “A tenant that renews has already experienced the property and the management relationship. Earning that continued commitment is something we value.”

ABS Management & Development Corp. emphasizes responsive property management, regular communication with tenants, appropriate capital improvements and long-term planning across the commercial properties it manages.

At Millside Plaza, ownership continues to evaluate opportunities to enhance the center while maintaining the accessibility, tenant relationships and retail environment that have supported the property over time.

The PetSmart renewal represents another step in that strategy and extends the relationship between the retailer and Millside Plaza for an additional five years.
